Notes, cards and letters from students at the Findhorn Foundation

While searching for some papers, I found an envelope containing notes, cards and letters given to me or sent by students I met while at the Findhorn Foundation. I had forgotten all about these (but not the people I met there). I call them ‘students’ because we were all students studying together no matter how old we were or how long we had been traveling our particular paths, which is, in truth, one path.

I was going through a period of doubt, thinking that most if not all of my life projects had failed and finding this envelope of cards was a jolt. I realized that I have helped people along the way, in my own small way, but sometimes it feels as though no progress is being made. I was wrong. I like to think that all the people I met there were influenced by their time there. The time that we all spent getting to know more about ourselves, our relationship with other people and our world - together and in the safety of Findhorn.

That was over 15 years ago and the world has changed a lot but not for the better as I see it. We are all being led down ‘the primrose path to hell’ by the few who control world society simply because we, the masses of people of this Earth, let them do it. I hope at least some people see this and are working to point the finger in a more enlightened direction before it is too late but time goes on and little changes for the good.

cards, notes letters from Findhorn students

This image shows some of the cards and notes given to me with letters from Japan, Norway, Europe, Israel, India and more. The contents are not too important. It is the fact that people felt moved to give and send these notes to each other (I also sent letters to people in far-off countries).

If you are one of the students I met at Findhorn then please contact me. If you are unhappy seeing something of yours in the image let me know and I’ll blank it out. Of course, I would really like you to contact me and let me know how you are getting on and what you are doing now. Whatever, Namaste.

Namaste

I honour the place within you, where the entire universe resides.

I honour the place within you, of love, light, truth and peace.

I honour the place within you, when you are in that place within you and I am in that place within me - and there is only one of us.
